Order Information

All orders must be made by mail or fax and include an Order Form, Order Form worksheet and Measurement Chart/s.

All payments must be made by check, MasterCard or Visa. A minimum of 50% is required at the time your order is placed and the balance can be paid by C.O.D. or credit card. COD balances are to be paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order. 10% discount is given for orders of 5 or more undecorated costumes in the same style and color and must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. No discount will be given when deadline is less than 4 weeks.

As your tutu is custom made, please allow 2-6 weeks delivery depending on the size of your order. If we are able to ship at an earlier date you will be notified. No changes or cancellations will be permitted once your order is received. As your costumes are custom made, no returns will be accepted.

Tutu Etoile stands behind the manufacture of their products under normal wear. In the event of situations beyond our control, Tutu Etoile will not be held responsible for any damages or cancellations beyond the moneys paid by the purchaser to Tutu Etoile.

NOTE: In addition to our basic costumes we offer design and construction of Head Pieces, Contemporary Costumes and Character Dress for men and women from any time period. With our vast experience we are able to construct costumes that fit the requirements of the individual dancer to a large company and welcome your designs and suggestions.

2. Delivery time is 6 - 8 weeks from the time the order is received by
    Tutu Etoile and earmarked on a first come first served basis.

3. Orders must be post marked between June 1 - Aug 31st.

4. All orders are to be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
    Master Card and Visa is accepted.

5. You must complete the order form, worksheet and
    measurement chart/s when placing your order.
